Refund and Returns Policy

Our Company aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers for orders placed through our website www.arogyasureherbals.comĀ  and mobile application (hereinafter called platform) Please refer to the cancellation & return policy of the company;

(i) You can cancel the order before confirmation of the order or before the dispatch of the order;

(ii) In case, the product has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual products or complete pickup/shipment.

(iii) Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products that are part of the shipment if the shipment is out for delivery or in the transit stage.

( iv) In case the order has been delivered damaged and you are able to share proof of damaged products delivered to you by picture and video, either a fresh order would be dispatched or the refund would be granted, you have to confirm company about delivery of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery of products through customer care email id;

(v) In such cases wherein the company finds the claim of damaged products correct based on the proofs shared by the customers, in such cases wherein a refund is required to be processed, the company will refund the amount to original source of payment within 7-15 days;

(vi) Other than the above order can not be returned or refunded after dispatch of the order to the customer’s place of delivery;
